I nipped into Superdrug after work yesterday for some face wipes but came out with a little bit more than that.. isn't that always the way!
I remembered that my current concealer is too light so I have been doing without and although my dark circles aren't too bad, they're a little noticeable. So I browsed the makeup stands for an eternity before I spotted the GOSH Touch Up Concealer which has had some really good reviews from fellow bloggers. I picked up colour #2. At £7 I'm hoping it works a treat! I'll try to do a 'photo of the day' if I can!
I've raved about Garnier Pure Active products before, ever since I was sent some to review last year. I have repurchased the Deep Pore Unclogging Face Wash and Spot Fighting 24hr Moisturiser several times because I love them! They're often found on special offer which is fab (if I remember correctly I got £1.50 off each of these). Before I originally tried the range I was worried the products would be too harsh on my skin which can often be sensitive, but they were fine. In fact they made my skin feel cleaner, fresher and I had significantly less blemishes. The face wash lathers up really well and is good at taking off makeup and that icky feeling my skin can have after a day at work, and the moisturiser is great on a morning as a makeup base as it totally sinks in and leaves no greasy feeling behind at all.
At this point I remembered I needed face wipes! My Sister uses Johnson's Dreamy Skin 3 in 1 facial night wipes and I have been known to pinch them before, so I decided to pick up a pack for myself. The Johnson's range was on a '2 for £4' offer so I also got a night cream, as I like something a bit creamier and more heavy-duty for a night time than the Garnier one.
I'll let you know how I get on!

Nice purchases i want 2 try Gosh concealer
Johunson's Facial Wipes is the best
I love that dreamy skin night moisturiser - it smells so gorgeous! I had to throw mine out though as I dropped the jar and the lid cracked, I was devastated! xx
We don't have the Garnier Pure Active products in Quebec )= I love Garnier!
I also use facial wipes... but I purchase baby wipes (75 wipes for $1 at my local dollar store).
@Gaby - You can't beat baby wipes - they're great! xx
Great haul! I love it when things I want are on offer :) Lisa xx

I know you've said the face wash removes make-up but how does it do with mascara? Currently the only thing that seems to truly remove all my makeup in one step is origins facial cleansing oil...
@fordgredial - I tend not to use it around my eyes just incase, so I usually sweep a makeup wipe over them or dab some baby oil onto a cotton pad.
I like the sound of the Origins oil but I think my skin can be on the oily side sometimes so I'm not sure using an oil would help?
xx
Dreamyskin is great, i use that night cream and the smell is lush. I hope you're feeling ok x
great purchases!! my sister uses johnston too and i tend to steal them :) x
I'd be interested to hear about the Gosh concealer and see it in action... I'm always looking for new ways to conceal my dark circles! x
Let us know about the GOSH concealer, need a new one.
I can't use the Jonsons stuff, reacts with my skin really badly. :( shame as it smells lovely.
xx
My skin can be oily but it really doesn't leave my skin with any residue because when you clean it off with a damp cloth the water makes it turn to a sort of creamy texture. Worth getting a sample imo - works out fairly cheap too, £15 bottle lasted me over 6mths of daily usuage.
The dreamy skin stuff is great. I used to use the night time moisturiser and I loved it. Now you made me want to get a new tub!!!
I can never go into Superdrug and only walk out with what I intended to buy!!
