I worry too much.

3.4.11

I have come to realise that I worry far too much. From the moment I wake up to when I'm in bed drifting off to sleep I worry. I must do something about that.

  1. I worry too much too. I really like that list of 50 ways to cope with stress, but I get frustrated with the fact that I DO do some of them (getting up early, preparing for the morning the night before, writing lots of lists) because I'd like to be more spontaneous and less anal! Sadly I think I will always be this way, like you I worry from the moment I get up to the moment I go to bed! And most of the things I worry about never actually happen!

  6. I'm a worrier too.
I worry about what's happening right now, I worry about what's happened in the past (regrets) and what's going to happen in the future.
I worry about my family, my friends and just the WORLD generally (going to implode, explode etc.)

  7. I am such a worrier as well,
I try each night to write down what has been playing on my mind most so I can at least go to bed with an empty head!

  13. I find writing down everything makes it more manageable and sometimes you can just laugh at it when its down in words - "I worried about *that*?!"

  20. I know that feeling well. I am getting better as I get older though. The more you live, the more you learn that things aren't usually as bad as you think they'll be. And even if they are, there's nothing that can't be fixed.
