I worry too much too. I really like that list of 50 ways to cope with stress, but I get frustrated with the fact that I DO do some of them (getting up early, preparing for the morning the night before, writing lots of lists) because I'd like to be more spontaneous and less anal! Sadly I think I will always be this way, like you I worry from the moment I get up to the moment I go to bed! And most of the things I worry about never actually happen!xx
and give your dogs lots of cuddles. definitely helps with stress:)xkhttp://alazygirlsguidetobeauty.blogspot.com/

Oh I am such a worrier! & in bed is usually the time I can't sleep & end up thinking about it all.lovely images x
I'm a worrier too.I worry about what's happening right now, I worry about what's happened in the past (regrets) and what's going to happen in the future.I worry about my family, my friends and just the WORLD generally (going to implode, explode etc.)
I am such a worrier as well,I try each night to write down what has been playing on my mind most so I can at least go to bed with an empty head!
I'm a worrier too! And I still worry, even if I prepare for everything...I like to think of it as a sign that I care :)
Oh I'm the same, as soon as my head hits the pillow at night my thoughts take over. I love the 50 ways to cope with stress, I may start reading it on a daily basis x
somehow Ive turned into a closet worrier too!!These pics are great. And I def agree with the first line, 'get up 15 mins earlier' makes all the difference!xx
I'm a real worrier, too. It's hard to let go, but ultimately we feel much better when we do! :) x
My Mum has always told me I am a born worrier! Great pictures!
I find writing down everything makes it more manageable and sometimes you can just laugh at it when its down in words - "I worried about *that*?!"
I worry and think about things to much. but then sometimes I'm just like really? What does it achieve, I'm no better for it infact I'm worse off and then I take a nice bath or make a list or something!xwww.jaymieocallaghan.com
i know how you feel,i worry about EVERYTHING. even things that it's pointless worrying about as i cant' do anything about them anyway :( hope you manage to learn to worry less!

i agree with katelin cuddling your dogs is a huge stress reliever! I love that list, we really all should just slow down more x
I know that feeling well. I am getting better as I get older though. The more you live, the more you learn that things aren't usually as bad as you think they'll be. And even if they are, there's nothing that can't be fixed.
I love your blog! Just discovered it but I'll be reading all your posts soon!I also worry waaaay too much!! :(I would love to be more spontaneous!Fiona Hunter.http://fionahun.blogspot.com/xxxxxxx
